One of the automotive market leaders, with annual turnover of more than USD 10 billion, is considering Lviv for a remote services centre. A comfortable business climate, a strategic location on the EU border and a highly qualified workforce all work in the city’s favour.
So that the company’s representatives could see this for themselves, Roman Matys organised a series of meetings with Lviv’s leading recruitment agencies and HR professionals of companies already on the market. They explained the state of the Lviv labour market, the main recruitment tools and the candidate selection stages.
Roman Matys hopes that logistics, economics and IT specialists in Lviv will soon gain around 300 new jobs at the German company — competitive salaries and taxes for the local budget.
