Global demand for business process outsourcing is growing. In Kraków alone around 70,000 people work in the sector, and each such job creates up to three more in related industries. Poland is already starting to run short of workers in this market.
That is why Roman Matys has set himself the goal of creating up to 100,000 new jobs in Lviv, both in business process outsourcing and in related industries.
