After Roman Matys visited the training and production enterprise of the Ukrainian Society of the Blind (UTOS) and publicised its problems, the incumbent mayor visited the plant and promised to repair its heating system.
A new press for cardboard packaging has also been installed, and from next week the plant is ready to take orders, for example for pizza boxes. A novelty is the perforated lid, which can be turned into four cardboard “plates”. Roman Matys will personally speak with the management and owners of pizza delivery chains, and is also drawing public attention to it. Anyone interested can write to uvp.utos.lviv@gmail.com or visit 9 Torfiana Street in Lviv.
