  • 2,000 new jobs;
  • UAH 78 million in personal income tax for the local budget every year;

The first phase will deliver 63,000 m² of warehouse space and 5,000 m² of staff facilities, the second 5,000 m² of offices, and the final phase another 42,000 m² of warehouses and 5,000 m² of staff facilities. The site will have a Class A+ warehouse, dry and cold storage, offices and staff areas, and parking for 300 cars and trucks. Every stage of construction is supported by the Investment Policy Department of the Lviv Regional State Administration headed by Roman Matys.

Better logistics will make goods and services cheaper for consumers. Once Lviv’s Northern Bypass is built, the centre will become part of the GO Highway transnational corridor linking Ukraine’s Black Sea ports with Poland’s Baltic ports in Gdańsk and Gdynia. The largest tenant will be Fozzy Group (Silpo and Fora supermarkets), and the centre will supply all its supermarkets in the western region.
